Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through CookieCuttersLab (the “Website”), operated by Anastasios Karydis, established in Greece.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear written statement (e.g. email).

2. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days:

From the day you receive the goods
Or, in the case of multiple items, from the day the last item is received

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision.

Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

4. Return of Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated.

5. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received
Returned in original packaging, where reasonably possible
Accompanied by proof of purchase

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalized goods
Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed
Digital content supplied immediately with prior consent
Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly

7. Non-EU Customers

For customers outside the European Union, returns and refunds are handled in accordance with this policy, unless otherwise required by local mandatory law.

8. Refund Timing

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately. We may request photographic evidence to process the claim.
