Shipping Information

We ship worldwide from Greece. Below is an overview of the available shipping methods:

• ELTA (Hellenic Post) – Available for all destinations, including EU and international countries.
• DHL Express DDP – Available for shipments to the United States only.

Estimated Delivery Times

• EU countries: 3–7 business days (ELTA)
• International destinations: 7–21 business days (ELTA), depending on the destination and local postal services
• United States: 5–7 business days (DHL Express DDP)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or peak periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method. The total shipping cost is calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before payment is completed.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply upon arrival.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer. They are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

All orders are shipped with accurate CN22/CN23 customs declarations and valid HS tariff codes to help ensure correct customs assessment.

Please note that custom-made and made-to-order products are excluded from standard withdrawal rights, in accordance with EU consumer regulations, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Preparing Your Return

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase where applicable.

Proper packaging is essential to ensure the safe return of items to us. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
